Notice of Special General Meeting - 7.15pm 22nd November 2022

Notice of the [SGM] Special General Meeting is hereby served on this date of publishing.  

Objective of the SGM

To make changes to the club constitution in line with the upcoming changes to the Incoporated Societies Act and licensing requirements for NRF & NZF competitions.

 Business shall be conducted in the following order:

• Notice convening the meeting
• Attendance/quorum
• Apologies
• President explanation of the changes to the constitution
• A call to carry out proposed constitutional change, Proposer and Seconder
• Voting by show of hands.
• Proxy votes can be submitted in writing to the Secretary up to 24 hours before the SGM via email to Cheryl Derrick at admin@papakuracityfc.org.nz
• Announcement of motion carried

Please note:

• A draft copy of the proposed Constitution will be emailed to financial club members well in advance of the meeting.
• No other business will be discussed.
