More than Football #1

Papakura City FC is more than football....people ask what makes us a "community club" and this is just part of the answer. Yes we offer football based community programmes but we do so much more than that as well.

In 2020 our community team under the leadership of Dave & Liam with the help of CLM Community Sport have been working to get more kids in our Papakura community physically active. We know football isn't for everyone but that doesn't mean we, as a club , can't help get them moving.

Thanks to KiwiSport funding and under the guidance of Coach Siyanna these Kauri Flats students learnt their slick hop hop dance moves with online zoom training through lockdowns as well as in person lessons when the alert levels allowed. Check out the awesome video  --->
