The Stadium pitch has recently been upgraded as part of the Women's World Cup grounds developments and was used by the Spain Women's Team for pre-tournament training and a friendly against Vietnam. It has international quality lighting for evening games and sits in a natural amphitheatre that has great viewing from the surrounding banks and inside from the club rooms
